News: Macmillan Coffee Morning

School Council will be running a coffee morning from 9:30 am on Friday 25th September, to raise money for Macmillan. Please join them!
We kindly ask for donations of cakes and biscuits, to be brought into school on Thursday 24th September.

News: Polite reminder – Absences

Please can all parents be aware that pupil absences should be reported prior to 8:55 to the school office, either by telephone or email bfmail@hwbcymru.net
Please do not use Seesaw to report pupil absence as this is not checked before the register is taken.

It’s Jeans for Genes day on Friday, The charity asks for a £2.50 donation, but you are free to donate any amount you like.

News: Theatr Clwyd Music – Free 2nd Steps Ensemble at Ysgol Maes Y Felin

If your child has enjoyed learning the violin, pBuzz, recorder, or ukulele through the First Experiences programme at their school, why not give them the opportunity to continue their musical journey? The Second Steps Ensemble at Ysgol Maes Y Felin meets every Wednesday from 3:30pm – 4:30pm and offers your child the chance to explore all these instruments and find the one they love most. They’ll build confidence, make new friends, and experience the joy of playing music together. It’s free of charge and a fun, supportive next step in their musical adventure!
